Processing & Shipping Times
Processing times do not include shipping times. On average, order processing takes 1–3 business days, while shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
All domestic orders within the United States ship at a flat rate of $5.99.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or major holidays, including but not limited to:
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Shipping Frequently Asked Questions
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. BeeCharged does not ship orders on weekends or major holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, it is submitted for shipment via USPS, which generally takes 3–7 business days. Please remember that processing time and shipping time are separate.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend checking the USPS website for current shipping updates and deadlines. Thank you for your patience.

When Will I Receive My Order After It Ships?
All orders ship via USPS, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days once shipped. After USPS has received your package, BeeCharged is not responsible for carrier-related delays.
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
BeeCharged is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holiday volume, or lost or stolen packages.
What Should I Do If My Package Was Lost?
If your package has not arrived 7 business days after the estimated delivery date, we recommend filing a claim directly with USPS.

My Order Is Still Processing — Should I Be Concerned?
No. Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before shipping. If your order remains in processing longer than expected, it may be due to increased order volume or holidays.
Our team operates Monday through Friday and is closed on weekends and major holidays. If you believe your order has exceeded normal processing times, please contact support@beechargednow.com.
I Haven’t Received Tracking — Where Can I Find It?
Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships. Please check your Spam, Junk, Updates, or Promotions folders, especially if you are a first-time customer.
If you do not see your tracking email, contact support@beechargednow.com for assistance.
Where Is My Order?
Once you receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking, your package is in the possession of USPS. Any delivery-related issues must be handled directly with the carrier, though our support team is happy to assist where possible.
Can I Change My Order Details After Purchasing?
Order details such as name or address cannot be changed after purchase. Once an order enters processing or shipping, no changes can be made.
Please ensure all information is correct before placing your order. If no separate shipping address is entered at checkout, the order will ship to the billing address. BeeCharged is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
